BaLiZer Flower Delivery Ltd recognizes and respects the importance of maintaining the privacy of our customersand has established this Privacy Policy as a result.
The information that we collect and save in our online flower shop about our customers is for the purpose of constantly improving our service quality and to provide an enhanced and more personalized shopping experience. We use this information to communicate with you, to process your orders and to restrict access to the customers' accounts.
The information we collect consists of several parts:
1. Information provided by customers for identification and personalization.
2. Information obtained from external websites which aims to improve the level of convenience of use.
3. Information collected by "Cookies" which enable to identify repeat customers and their preferences. This method of operation is very common and is used to save the items in the shopping cart from the previous visit and other personal preferences. However, PC setting enables to block Cookies, but it also prevent personal treatment and recognition of the interests and preferences of the customer.
The information about consumers' preferences and identities is confidential and carefully protected and we shall not forward it to third parties, except for our business partners who are directly involved in our system operations, who may have controlled access to relevant information.
Rights and obligations of the website's operator:
• The operator may use a customer's personal information for internal purposes only.
• The site operator undertakes that all information or other details identifying the customer will not be released to third parties unless required to do so by law.
• The site operator undertakes to delete any customer's personal information if explicitly request by a customer in writing.
• The site operator shall not be considered as a violator of the obligation to protect the privacy of the customers as defined in the Computer Act in 1995 by acts of third parties who use electronic communication systems to identify a customer, or to trace his data.
• The exclusive jurisdiction for any matter arising from the use of the site is only in Tel Aviv courts and the use of this website is subject solely to the laws of the State of Israel.
Safe buying:
Details of the payment (credit card, personal ID) are transferred from the customers' computers to the clearing company via a secured protocol (SSL) which encrypts the information and protects from its' disclosure. The design and construction of our e-commerce website conforms the highest security standard in the market today. The website, including the payment mechanism, has been tested and approved by the credit card companies in Israel. By law, the website does not keep the details of the payment mean (such as credit card and personal ID).
